Fabel is an all-new open-air rooftop restaurant brand by Matthew Rosenberg's award-winning M-Rad Architecture studio. Named to offer guests a place to create their own enchanted fairytale, Fabel draws inspiration from the islands of Greece and the beaches of Southern France while celebrating the energy Miami is known for. The 10,000-square-foot outdoor sanctum combines old-world glamour with high-energy dining. Featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu, curated by executive chef Ian Fleischmann, Fabel takes guests on a whimsical journey through its design, gastronomy, fashion, fragrances and entertainment. While stimulating all of the senses, the restaurant also features a world-class cocktail program and an extensive wine portfolio with some of the rarest and most exquisite wines, led by Master Sommelier Christopher Miller. We are a sharing concept, our prices reflect dishes that groups of 2 or more can enjoy "family style" for a more engaging dining experience.
