Falansai ("fuh-lan-sigh") is a Vietnamese-Mexican restaurant by chef Eric Tran located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Henry Trieu originally opened Falansai in 2013 and named the restaurant for his father's pronunciation of the word "français." Henry closed the restaurant in early 2020 and sold it to Chef Eric Tran. Falansai "2.0" was reimagined in November of 2020. As a Vietnamese-Mexican and American from Chi-Town (and now New Yorker), diners can expect the unexpected from Eric's cooking.

Momofuku Noodle Bar East Village serves a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed breads, and daily dishes. We offer reservations and also accept walk-ins.
