My only point is sometimes service is slow, but on this visit it was perfect. This place being non-chain is a breath of fresh air in Chelmsford where its 99% chain and usually pretty shocking. Food was lovely, fantastic chips! Didn’t have to wait too long, although it was relatively quiet in the restaurant. Sea bass, scampi and haddock meals excellent. Only downside was the catch of the day was lobster costing £40, which I thought was rather expensive and the only choice.
