Rooted in the traditions of South Texas & flavors of Mexico, the menu blends bold, familiar flavors with chef-driven execution—from sizzling fajitas & carne asada to enchiladas, cabrito & house specialties.Inside, the space unfolds as an oasis. Marigold-covered walls, a sweeping monarch migration set against mountain landscapes & a floral installation that brings the room to life. Artwork by local artist Colten Valentine & florals by David Garcia create a setting that’s as transportive as the menu.The experience is built for the table—fajitas arriving hot, cabrito slow-roasted, enchiladas layered with depth & dishes meant to be shared.
