Best Restaurants for Groups in Campton Hills

Fantastic dining experience, as always. We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Service was attentive, food was excellent, and the restaurant was bustling on a Wednesday evening. A favorite on our local list.

This place is fantastic! Don’t let the unassuming old school diner look fool you - food and service here were top notch. Took my bestie here for her first night out since having a baby and although we may not have, this place kept it classy! Our group of 4 arrived, having already imbibed, quite rambunctious and ready to take it further. The server handled us and the situation with grace. Yasmin was kind and patient as she took our order and played it cool when the topic of drinks came up. Without drawing attention, they kept the waters flowing and the fried appetizers coming. The food was a surprise and delight as each dish ordered arrived looking different than any of us had imagined. Potted carrots, frito misto, and the grapes in the ravioli were just a few of the delights. Was it the pre-game, or is this a fun menu? We may never know. That said, they didn’t make a scene when my friend lost her napkin 6x or had red lipstick on her face and hands, or when the new mom pulled the pumps off at the table. If you saw us, no you didn’t. While we eventually redeemed ourselves enough to be allowed 1 round of drinks with our pasta dishes, we left quietly and on our own accord, ensuring Yasmin was given an additional tip on top of the included 25% gratuity. We have been customers at ZaZa for 25 years and have never been disappointed in the food and service. Of course, our favorite is the signature dish, the whitefish with fire roasted spinach. Always wonderful. Over the years we’ve enjoyed specials as well as pastas and entree items. The noise level can be challenging but well worth the overall dining experience. So glad ZaZa continues to thrive

As always our evening dinner experience was top shelf. Colin’s crew did a terrific job. For a couple of enjoyable hours you feel like you’re in the old countryside of Scotland. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu you simply have to return to try it all.

If you are looking for a place with a lot of history and great old time atmosphere, then Club Arcada would be a great choice. The menu is not large but has appetizers, entrées, and dessert options. The meatball hero was very good. The entrée prices seemed on the higher side. The appetizers and desserts were at a good price point. The employees were super. It was a very neat place to go, and the experience was the best part.
