Best Restaurants for Groups in Bellevue

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here last night, and the customer service from start to finish, was the best I have experienced in years! We were greeted at the door by Dave, the manager, and for the rest of the evening, he went out of his way to make this a special and memorable dinner for not only my daughter, but for all of us! He was welcoming, made a special bouquet of pink flowers for us to have at our table, and gave my daughter a handwritten card, a coupon for a free chocolate fondue on a later date, and complimentary chocolate covered strawberries! She was delighted. Our server, Michael, was also fantastic. He listened to my kids with a genuine attitude, was super friendly, and very knowledgeable! The food was delicious, and my kids had so much fun being able to cook their own entrees! The manager continued to check in to make sure we were having a great time, and the kids appreciated Dave and Michael so much, that they felt compelled to make them each a personalized Thank You card, before we left. The meal was nicely paced, well worth the money for the experience alone, and truly exceptional! I am a server at a different restaurant, and I will continually strive to offer my customers, an experience as remarkable as the one we had at the Melting Pot! Thank you, Dave and Michael, for making my family and I feel like celebrities for the day! We really had the royal treatment, and we are beyond grateful!

Love the new refurbished interior - more cozy and inviting. Food was great - both flavor and value - and service was wonderful.

Great food, we really enjoyed the dinner plates (bulgogi and kalua pork) and the mochi dessert was fantastic

Staff is amazing as always and food is 11/10! Highly recommend if you’re looking to have the best time ever and an unforgettable eating experience.
