Things seemed different yesterday. The unagi always had been melt in your mouth buttery smooth. yesterday it was tough and chewy. The hamachi had always been perfection through and through. Yesterday there was a section of sinew running through it that was chewy... ugh... We were so pleased that they have managed to find a good balance between tapas for sharing and entrees for folk who prefer to eat that way. The server was very helpful navigating the menu and listening to each member of our party with full attention. Also they were very good at helping kept the table clear as plates were emptied and then refilled without being obtrusive.
