Two brothers from the beaches set out with a goal to bring their take on American Deli style food to Sydney. Their artisan flavours are completely unique whilst still incorporating the classic New Yorker Deli techniques and experience.By using only the best free range and barley fed beef from Tasmania the boys have been recognised for their 12 hour smoked pastrami (the magic is in their signature salt brine consisting of 18 spices and original TBD's pastrami rub) along with their one of a kind slow cooked corned beef brisket and cold smoked pastrami lox. The boys are best known for their famous Reuben, smoked pork Cubano, the OG Corned beef sandwich, New Zealand Ora king salmon lox, homemade Russian dressing, Memphis style BBQ sauce and their original fermented hot sauce range.

    Food was brilliant, both for our first time and when we came back a second time. The flavours and textures for each of the dishes are so clear and readable. Service is amazing as always, we got some brilliant recommendations when we first came (staff were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic) and we felt very welcomed both times. I also really like the ambience, which is something I’ve noticed across all the restaurants opened by the same management (pellegrino, clam bar, 916 etc.) – it makes for a lovely experience out with friends and makes me want to come back. Also love the decor at Neptune’s Grotto - it’s absolutely my favourite.

    We had a very wonderful dinner here. Popular french dishes but they were all authentic and delicious. Very quiet and cozy atmosphere too. Will come back again sometime.

    What an amazing little restaurant. We booked for the Thursday night special for groups of 4 or more with the bonus of a free bottle of wine. Food was amazing, service was professional and smooth. The free bottle of Pinot Noir was great. We will definitely be booking again soon.
