Fontana is an exceptional experience. Food is what we want to eat now, inventive, Italian, generous flavours and exceptional craft. Service is next level - close to perfect... knowledgable, attentive, supportive and always present with an incredible rapport with the diners. Great choice of wines, wonderful room.

I went on the day they started their bbq menu. Jesus Christ this place is phenomenal. Maybe it's because it's a new menu, but the food I ate was extraordinary. The chicken thigh was smokey and masculine, but the meat was so juicy and tender. The pork belly was amazing too. The passion fruit tart was the best dessert I had in Sydney, maybe anywhere. It was a god tier dessert.

Outstanding quality and taste for all menu items we ordered. The beef pho tartare is an incredible twist on a classic, the spring rolls were the best we have had and the wagyu in the noodles were tender and second to none. All the tastes were perfectly balanced. The mock chicken our vegetarian friend enjoyed was incredible. Wine menu and recommendations really hit the spot. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

The food, the vibe, everything was perfect as usual. I totally recommend this wonderful place.
