Yao is one of my favorite spots in Atlanta metro. However, today I noticed a lot of changes to their menu. For example, they used to serve some of the best sushi in town and I was surprised that they removed it from the menu. I also ordered special dish of the day “fried snapper”. They did not have it priced on the menu because it depends on MP, but I was not expecting it to cost $75. The dish was very tasty, but the cost is super high for snapper. Lastly, this is the fourth time in row, I came to this restaurant and we were the only table in the entire restaurant so I really think they should revisit the menu, adjust the prices to make it more reasonable then they will get tons of business. In summary, it is a great spot for instagram photos and drinks. Food is tasty but over priced.

This is still our hands down favorite dining in metro Atlanta. This chef owned restaurant never disappoints with its commitment to excellence in service, quality of ingredients and artful transformation of beautiful plates generously packed with complex flavors, colors and textures. We used to save it for special occasions but are finding ourselves visiting more and more. In every way, a very good value.

Had a book club meeting here. Atmosphere was nice, drinks were great, only downside was not being able to have food. But we went back to Agave afterwards. Food was amazing! 10/10 ! We loved our server Eco!
