Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal (special functions excepted); we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. It was a great place to go for lunch. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our meals came out in a timely manner and were absolutely delicious. We will definitely return.

The food prepared by the TAFE students was outstanding, as was the service. They are to be congratulated. We would have liked to have been able to buy a glass of wine to accompany the delicious food.

The Cantonese food was excellent! Came here with my Chinese family and there were 12 of us. We were given our own area which was private. Food was great and portion sizes were generous. All agreed that we will definitely return. Good value for money and great food!!
