In one of the most interesting streets of berlin, in the spaces of an old burger joint. An italian interpretation of the Japanese Omakase concept is born. Omakase is a therms which describes the simple idea of the "chef´s reccomandation" for the day, based only upon the daily-fresh supplies. A way to combine italian tradition and local ingredients with the highlight of japanese cuisine. This cultural union is reflected in the dishes, as well as in the long opening hours, which allows our customers to enjoy long afternoons, accompained by a well curated international wines and champagne selection. An elegant omakase with a touch of lightheartedness, wich starts from the lunch hours, going through an Italian aperitivo to the dinner and after dinner. The menu changes every week, following the seasons and based upon an accurate research for fresh and local products without compromises.
