- TTylerSan Francisco Bay Area •9 reviews5.0Dined todayWe had a belated birthday date night at Polaris. It was a very fun evening. Making the reservation at sunset was easy and checking in at the lobby of the Hyatt hotel was straightforward (we suggest being dropped off at the front of valet). An open glass elevator ride shot us straight up to Polaris where we were immediately sat at our table. Every table has the perfect view with the unique design of the restaurant. Rotating slowly, about an hour and a half to fully go 360 degrees, makes this dining experience one-of-a-kind. The menu, though short, is excellent and our waiter, Michael, took the time to go through it entirely with us. We especially loved the gnocchi and focaccia bread. All in all, Polaris was an outstanding date night experience and perfect for any special occasion.More infoPolarisPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.8

The schnitzel was perfectly crisp and flavorful, while the Moqueca seafood stew was rich, hearty, smoky, spicy and flavorful and brimming with fresh shellfish. Their fish and chips were golden, flaky, and satisfying—elevated comfort food done right. A surprising highlight was the coconut rice, subtly sweet and fragrant, pairing beautifully with the mains. Our server was not only attentive and responsive but also brought a fun, engaging energy that added to the evening. A top pick for seafood lovers in Atlanta.More infoBeetlecatPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Inman Park•4.6
