Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Lodi

The staff at Morton is great, very attentive and knowledgeable, super professional and thoughtful. The food and its quality is outstanding, we celebrated our anniversary here and the personal touches were well received by my bride and I. Don’t pass up an opportunity to visit them, and I have a new favorite, the New York strip for the table, that and the horseradish sauce, yeah, legit. You’ll be back like we will.

It's been a couple of years since we last visited Matisse, and in that time new chef Greg Powers hasn't skipped a beat after taking over from Peter Loria. The food is still delicious and well-presented, the service remains outstanding and the ambiance is just perfect for a special occasion. The only two down notes were the background music that was a bit repetitive (try mixing up the artists just a little more) and the single unisex bathroom that lacked air-conditioning on a warm summer evening (but which I suspect is a limitation of the space that can't be addressed without substantial inconvenience and cost). Still, we look forward to returning soon to try a new season's dishes and specials that represent an improvement over the old Matisse.

Amazing dinner for my birthday! The ambience is beautiful, food was delicious and we tried a huge variety…it was soooo good! The manager and staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend going there for dinner or special event. I’m definitely going back soon! Thank you again for a great night!
