Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar fue diseñado por el grupo Shimoda Design Group and Hardwood Design Team, con sede en Los Angeles, es un nuevo concepto de restaurante que cuenta con la terraza mas amplia de Dallas. El restaurante se encuentra junto a Saint Ann Court, el histórico edificio, bien conservado, de St. Ann's School, que Harwood International transformó en un restaurante y bar rodeado de arte y jardines. El restaurante está abierto para el almuerzo, cena, brunch y bebidas. La estructura original del edificio fue construida en 1927, y fue la primera escuela de Dallas para niños hispanos. Además de la estructura original, Harwood International conservó el mural llamado "Our Lady of Guadalupe" que sirve de punto de referencia del jardín. En el primer nivel del edificio de ladrillo de dos pisos está el Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar y en el segundo nivel el Museo Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection.
