We all absolutely loved the care and thought of the team who made sure we were warm and comfortable outside with heaters and blankets. The pre theatre menu was as delicious as we had remembered last visit and came out with enough time between courses. One of our guests was allergic to garlic and as most dishes contained garlic the chef kindly whipped up several tasty dishes that our friend enjoyed very much. I highly recommend Bart jr!

For the quintessential Italian meal with a low key beautiful approach to serving authentic plates go to Fontana. Flawless in vibe and execution of dishes, Fontana is a must if you’re serious about good food and wine. If you’re a solo diner you can feel right at home eating up at the bar. Two words - just go.

Love eating at the Birdcage, we’re there two or three times a month and the service is wonderful starting from the very nice blonde lady who greets you at the door, the schnitzel is the best I’ve ever tasted, the tacos are amazing and the Mezz platter is just lovely. We’re looking to buy a house in the area and I can see this restaurant becoming our local favourite
