I like the new restaurant but they were out of quite a few of the wine choices. We’ve been hooked on the Peach Sangria pitchers but they were out of all sangria drinks, including the Nightjar Sangria and several other fruity wines. I’ve never experienced that before. Very disappointing. Our server Sean was very pleasant. The food portions are notably smaller for a higher price point but we had a good time overall.

Alto brings a touch of class to the south suburbs. The decor is stunning as is the view onerlooking the Thornton quarry. The smoked burrata appetizer with pancetta, pistachios, tomato jam, balsamic sweetly drop peppers delighted the taste buds. The baby gem wedge salad was beautifully presented and tasty. Both wet aged and dry aged prime steaks are available. My wife’s wet aged petite filet was perfectly prepared and delicious as was my dry aged Kansas City steak. For non steak lovers a nice selection of pasta, seafood, and chicken/chops are available. The peanut butter tart was a delight . The pistachio crème brûlée, which was comped for our Anniversary was a symphony of flavor!! All in all a perfect spot to celebrate our 53rd anniversary.

Celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary at St. Patrick’s Steak House, Dolton IL., and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the stunning ambience and elegant design—it set the perfect tone for a special evening. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive. A special shout-out to Che, who took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. Attentive, warm, and professional—Che truly made our celebration even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for a romantic dinner or any special occasion. We’ll definitely be back!

I really appreciate the vegan menu and the variety of vegan options. And the creative kids menu was super cute and fun. The food was excellent and overall a great dining experience!
