Service at the bar was exceptional. Food was pretty good but not great. I should have stuck with the ribeye but instead went with the NY Strip (not my favorite cut so my mistake not yours).

Enjoyed our dinner, my steak was over charred but still delicious. Service was great and we will be back.

Staying downtown near the capital, this place was a little off the beaten path, but worth the 10 minute drive. Nice ambiance. There is a Mexican restaurant down the hall that was playing VERY LOUD music, but I think we were only affected by it because where we were seated. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. Food was delicious! The only drawback I would say was the NY Strip was a little overpriced for the cut quality and didn't include a soup/salad. Side grilled cesear salad was out of this world! Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner place in the Madison area.

B and H in Monona is my go to spot for lunch when I am with customers in that area. Great food and service.

This is the 5th or 6th time we’ve come here - the food and service were great as usual. The mother’s day menu was a bit pricy for the amount of food we got, but overall worth it for the experience. My main complaint though is that almost every time we’ve come, including today, we’ve had to wait ~20-30 minutes after our reservation time to even be seated. Not sure if they’re intentionally overbooking reservations or need to assume a longer turn time for parties, but it’s frustrating, especially since it meant we had to rush our dessert course to get our kid home for bedtime. In future we’ll probably plan to make our booking for 15-30 minutes earlier than we actually want to.
