Service is always fantastic. Overall, food was excellent. All requests catered for.

We absolutely loved Portobello Bar. The food was great, we were a big group of people and no dish was deceitful. The negative side is that staff is organized in a way they only cover specific tasks, so if a waiter would come and remove your empty glass, you just couldn't order another drink from them. Also, they would not explain that in the nicest ways, or try to get the designated person for you. They would leave you second guessing which other waiter to reach out. That was confusing. Despite of that, we enjoyed our night very much. We were a group of people who don't see each other often and had a lot of catch up to do, so ended up leaving as it was too noisy with the live music, but we would definitely come back!

Lovely experience for afternoon tea in this hotel. Staff were very attentive & polite. Food was beautifully presented & delicious. Decor & surroundings where we had our table at window was lovely. Our first time in this hotel & we would come back & recommend.
