Borrowing influence from our most favorite era and styles, Ocean Blue’s interior boasts a mix of elegant black and white décor, a large copper bar, and floor to ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of our city. Iconic is an American restaurant located inside the DoubleTree Hotel Utica at 102 Lafayette St in Utica, NY.The restaurant and bar were completely renovated in 2017. The inspiring 1912 architecture was retained, but the ambiance is urban contemporary. The bar serves high quality artisan cocktails and a variety of wines and beers.Our innovative menu contains local favorites and dishes that strive to become the new local favorites! Our culinary team varies the menu to reflect the seasons and current dining trends. We are open for dinner nightly from 4 - 9 pm daily (extended bar hours til 10 pm). A special dinner menu is used on Sunday evenings. We are open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 8 - 11:30 am. Brunch shifts are walk in only.     Specialty cocktail selection was unique and very nice. Service was great. Very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Food was very tasty and all was prepared and presented well. Will return one day for another special occasion.

    We made a last minute reservation because we had to change venues for a picky eater. We were celebrating my MIL’s birthday. She had the ribeye and loved it. That’s all that really mattered. We also ordered the burger, a pizza, chicken francaise and Tuscan chicken. Everything was delicious. We were early so the place wasn’t too busy and the service was top notch! The waitress surprised us with a dish of ice cream with a sparkler in it for the birthday girl. It was so awesome! Great service!
