Recently having undergone a facelift, The Buffet now caters for up to 250 seats in air-conditioned comfort surrounded by a full indoor garden. Fresh, local and international foods are available ranging from your favourite Asian dishes to Mediterranean options. With a constantly changing buffet menu, we are sure to offer something for everyone.
Modern Australian Restaurant and Cafe sourcing produce from small, local farms to highlight some exciting Queensland produce, menu driven by ex-Tasmanian chef, Darryl Zeitzen who previously was only able to be booked privately for bespoke events around Queensland. With a quiet and peaceful Alfresco area, Good Grace is a a true escape and nice place to relax. Organically sourced coffee and with quality produce and sustainability at the forefront of the restaurant offering. Good Grace also has a large courtyard/beer garden and function space for up to 100 guests at the rear of the restaurant. With a more casual vibe, the space can be hired our for groups of 30-100 people, as well as having diners visit Wednesday to Sunday evenings, with different events happening throughout the year. Ballistic Beer Co HQ is set in an old World War II ammunitions factory in the historic, industrial suburb of Salisbury. The venue houses the production of our delicious brews and features a cellar-door style bar where you can pop in for a sip from 18 taps and see where the magic happens. Each week we invite local food trucks to fill you up with the best food to satisfy your taste buds. Dig into a meal while listening to one of the live music acts. Children are always welcome and there is plenty of large open spaces for them to play and make new friends. The venue also houses a 90 person capacity function space which is available for private functions/events.
ESSA provides a destination to escape the expected.Just like the raw interiors in which we reside, our work is simple but considered.The ethos in the kitchen embraces collaboration with local farmers, hunters and providores, promoting an environmentally conscious approach to the menu. Harvest driven dishes provide the creative parameters for our ever evolving dining experience. ESSA is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm till late and Friday and Sunday lunch from 12pm.
