Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity.     I hesitated to leave this review, but I must understand that this is such a wonderful place, it may be hard to get in and but deserves your business. Wonderful everything: we started with oysters Rockefeller (4 big ones) cooked perfectly and creamy. Crab cakes without filler? Hard to believe , but 3 decent size ones.bacon wrapped scallops, (5 ocean size ones) .Again perfectly cooked wagu short ribs . Crispy outside, fall off the bone inside. Never had anything like this. Last entree a good size halibut steak in a divine sauce . Flavors, tastes , -and smiles filled the beautiful table and restaurant. The capper was the grand marnier souffle. A cloud of delicious with a strawberry cream sauce poured in the center. Lip smaking end to a great meal. It’s a beautiful place and our servers were so warm and friendly . Haley was special as was Sophia . All very professional experienced waitstaff that was never overbearing or always asking if things were ok? A few times was perfect. They also guided us with extensive knowledge about the various items. The biggest kicker was the bargain it was especially On Thursdays for locals. But out of towners can get great bargains including happy hour and deeply discounted steak nights. We’ll be back many more times!!

    We had a wonderful experience. the food was good, the setting was perfect. We love going there for lunch. The French onion soup is the best. Also the calamari, cooked perfect.

    From arriving at the restaurant the service was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive, the short rib was amazing and I highly recommend the pistachio soufflé, highly recommend this restaurant, we pains for a guaranteed window seat and we were not disappointed, the views of the strip and the fountains were amazing
