Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in Downtown

Capital Grille Never Disappoints. I had specific seating requests and they met and exceeded. Wildly attentive hostess staff and service team. The GM stopped by the table and was charming engaging and helpful. The asst GM also did a touch about our location and co firm our satisfaction. Food was amazing and delicious, cocktails delightful. Perfect vibe. Highest recommend!

We learned that Baltimore County restaurant week started yesterday. So we made a reservation for the 3 of us to dine last night at 6:30 pm. Our 3rd was rushing but still running late - so I call Ruth Chris' and easily changed the reservation to 6:45. We arrived at 6:40, were seated right away. They took our order and the waiter brought fresh warn bread (French, and darker bread) with butter. Shortly there after came the appetizers, calamari and Lobster Mac & Cheese. When we finished, the petite filet and sides of cream spinach and mashed potatoes came rolling out. Everything was delicious from the perfect seafood gumbo which the waitress gently poured into our bowls with formed white rice in the center to the Lobster Mac, petite filet - which we ate with bread and butter as well as the scrumptious sides. All and all it was a perfect meal which we envisioned as our inaugural ball dinner since we could not afford real tickets. But we are coming back for more next Friday, the end of restaurant week. Thank you Ruth Chris' for an amazing and much needed meal.

Food was pricey but tasty, but that was to be expected. Our server,Jalen (Sp?), was phenomenal. My dad showed up super late and we had a squirmy infant with us, not optimal diners. He made us right and home and made our little dinner a really nice time. Thanks Jalen, they’re lucky to have you!

Delicious food and lovely cafe! 1000% will go again!
