Best Pre-Theater Restaurants in Forest Park

Restaurant week menu was fantastic. The scallop extra was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the menu. The wine pairing was really nice as well. Being able to see the team work at the chef’s counter was a treat. Service got a little slow at the end but the restaurant was also in full swing versus the first few seatings. They gave us a nice anniversary dessert, which was a complete surprise and much appreciated.

Great spot for a quick and delicious lunch! The Cobb Salad was amazing.

My guest, who only eats steak and baked potatoes explained it might be the best filet hes has. High praise. Literally, all he eats is steak and baked potatoes.

Have only ever been here for breakfast so I was very pleasantly surprised the dinner was so good, especially the beet salad. My only complaint is that there was one hostess doing literally everything from bussing to bartending and I felt bad for her but she was killing it nonetheless!

Awesome evening of tapas, a drink or two and super conversation in a marvelous setting looking out at Michigan Avenue and the lake in the distance. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
