Lovely atmosphere and great food-with GF options. Shame they didn’t clock the name but can’t win them all 🤣

There is a attractive cosy ambience. The outside area is perfect for warm summer days but as it is sheltered it is also good for cooler days as heaters and blankets are provided. The decor is beautiful and the ladies toilets are lovely. The staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. Most importantly the food was delicious. We had linguine Bolognaise on this occasion.

Excellent food great service, set in great building

By far the nicest meal I have had in a long time, steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The only issue we had was the price of bottled water. We were asked for water for the table not told price or if we would prefer bottled or tap. The waiter also came and gave us an other bottle. And charged us for that also. £9 for two bottles of water. Everything else was outstanding. But be aware of the bottles of water.

Such a beautiful pub, gorgeous interior and secret beer garden out the back. Good selection on the menu, nice food
