Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.The vineyard is hand tendered by our small team using a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Since 2012 we have reduced cropping levels to ensure exceptional fruit is produced, and we have implemented more sustainable vineyard practices, such as minimising herbicide use in order to encourage soil microfauna and native grasses that harbour beneficial insects.Stop by for a tasting of our wines and enjoy a glass or two out on our beautiful lawn overlooking the vineyard.

Kellybrook is a winery set in a vineyard, garden and bush oasis 45 minutes from Melbourne. The first licensed winery in the Yarra Valley (1970), it is operated by the Kelly family.Share platters, tastings and drinks are available for cellar door visitors. There is always a warm welcome and, in the cooler months, a crackling open fire. Our friendly team will give you an experience to remember. An extensive range of small batch wines are made on site, including sparkling wines, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet. The Kelly family has also been producing traditional and modern styles of cider for over 50 years. These include Kelly Brothers ciders, bottle fermented cider and apple brandy.     Food and restaurant service all good. We went on the Art Tour and very much a let down. Group of 12 was too large for some of the small rooms, walk too slow and unsure about the curation of the art - very staged. More suited to old women book club group.

    Immerse Winery truly lives up to its name—what a beautiful place to get immersed in great food, exceptional wine, and warm, welcoming service. From the attentive waitstaff to the knowledgeable wine tasting team, every interaction was top-notch. The food was fresh and flavourful, the grounds are stunning and clearly well looked after, and the whole experience felt like a relaxed, enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend for a memorable lunchtime treat!
