My wife and I had the three course wine tasting menu on a Wednesday afternoon in the dead of winter. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were welcomed warmly; our server was wonderful, the food and the wine pairings were excellent, and the ambience, including the background music, was wonderful. Except for snow on the ground, Trius could be mistaken for a Napa valley classic. The Michelin star is warranted. We’ll be back.

Gigi was our server She was amazing Friendly and super efficient, We all had the root vegetable soup So good and the guys shared a pizza and the girls shared the beet Salad Finished off with dessert and coffee It was a great afternoon on a cold January day

We traveled upper New York State for over 8 days. We ranked the food and experiences we had …. including some very high level restaurants and all of us agreed this was the best food and dining experience we had. This is a diamond that many may overlook as it was not in the major area but close enough for us from The Red Coach Inn in Niagara Falls to drive. So thankful we did . Hunter sat us down outside by the river . Service was awesome as Hunter almost read our minds on extra napkins, extra plates, water etc The food was fabulous !!!!! We left there so thankful we drove out there and were t intimidated by the construction crews working in the hotel etc. and had stayed. Highly recommend you put this restaurant on your short list !!!
