O’Callaghan’s Bar is the ideal spot to sit back, relax and unwind after a long day on the golf course, at the beach or at the amusement park. Choose from delicious bar food, mouth-watering cocktails, a fine selection of whiskeys or the perfect pint. We have made a substantial investment in our outdoor dining areas, to greatly increase the comfort, including permanent structures to provide additional shelter and shade, and a brand new overhead outdoor heating system. Due to the changes that hotels, bars and restaurants have had to make to comply with the new Covid 19 guidelines we will not be operating McLoughlin’s restaurant this summer, which means we have extended our new bar food menu to include some of your favourite bistro style dishes to accompany a fabulous cocktail or the perfect pint.This menu will be served on O’Callaghan’s Patio and is available from 12.00pm to 7.30pm from Sunday through to Thursday, and until 8.30pm on Friday and Saturday.
