Best Organic Food Restaurants in Plano

Lavendou is my go-to restaurant for a posh meal. Birthdays, anniversaries, my mother coming to visit, all merit a meal here. The food has always been phenomenal and my personal favorite appetizer, les escargots, are better than I've had anywhere else. I also usually get the sole with crab and cream sauce, which is a delightful dish. Last night the skin was a little tough, which is incredibly rare. I had to use a knife to cut it and that's a first. I cannot complain, truly, it's always a delightful meal. The dessert souffles are not to be missed and be sure to ask for suggestions on a bottle of wine. Every time I have, I've thoroughly enjoyed what they offered.

Servers were not as attentive as they should have been. We have repeatedly asked for water, self-serving wine and foods.

I used to be a fairly regular customer until about 2 years ago when my friends and myself experienced a noticeable difference in the food........whatever changes had been made were not good changes. We tried again several weeks after that dinner and still were disappointed. One of my friends and I decided to try again after such a long time, and the food was once again excellent. Our only disappointment was that the patio was so loud that we couldn't even hear each other talking. In the past, before the patio was enclosed, it was a great place to eat. Going forward............we will have to eat inside.

We took the premium ask you can eat option. Some of the meat cuts started getting thinner and thinner and more difficult to grill. Staff was very friendly and attentive!
