This is the second time that my husband and I have eaten at Heritage - once for our anniversary 2 years ago and the second time with friends this last week. What I look for in a Michelin starred restaurant is the quality and creativity of the food, impeccable service and an ambiance where we can talk and be heard. It is the total experience that I use to rate the restaurant. And both times the noise level was so loud that we couldn’t talk and be heard. This is just not acceptable. I would like to think that the chef and the manager would realize what a negative experience this can be and it is something that you can easily fix! The service started out great but as it got busier and louder in the dining room we had to ask multiple times to get our water glasses refilled which is not acceptable. I would also like to see a wine selection that is below mediocre! Luckily we checked the wine selection before coming the other night so we brought our own champagne and Pinot Noir but why should we have to do this? Two of us are professors at CSULB and we wanted to support your restaurant given that we are part of the same community but it is hard to imagine that we would return much less bring friends with us. I’m very sorry because I really wanted this to be different. I hope that maybe in a year or two, you will have done something to rectify these easily fixed problems/shortcomings!

Jeffey is the best server at this place. Cass also was helping and she was helpful As well. jeffrey kept the meat coming which is amazig! I would definitely comeback here again and asked for Jeffrey to be our servee

 I’ve now visited this Pakistani restaurant four times, and each experience has been fantastic. The first three visits were with my partner, but this time I brought two friends to introduce them to the place-and they both loved it as much as I do. The food here is consistently excellent. Every dish I’ve tried bursts with flavor and offers a great variety of textures and meats. The menu is diverse, and I’ve never been disappointed, no matter what I order. The ambience and staff make you feel like you’ve been transported to another country. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always attentive. I’ve sampled a wide range of dishes, including their tomahawk, naan, chicken tikka masala, shrimp coconut curry, multiple desserts, and several rice options-each one has been memorable and delicious. What really sets this place apart is the opportunity to share plates with friends. I highly recommend coming with a group so you can try more of the menu and experience the full range of flavors. This restaurant truly feels like a hidden gem, offering authentic cuisine that’s hard to find elsewhere in the area. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore even more of what they have to offer. Highly recommended!

For about 20 years I've been visiting P.F. Changs wherever I travel. I've come to expect excellent service, creative precisely prepared unique meals. Cerritos was no exception. This was my second visit to this site and the atmosphere, staff and restaurant meets Chang's standards that I've come to expect. Started with short ribs with dry rub. First time for that preparation and it was wonderful as was the rest of the meal. Staff was attentive, prompt and friendly. If you happen to be near, I highly recommend it.

The food was delicious, too pricey, service was OK had to get up twice, one for utensils and the other for request of a box, I also did not agree on the tip, the smallest option was a price of a plate of $30. Tips should always be optional.
