We enjoyed our meal at By George. The restaurant is very nice. We started with a drink at the bar. The bartenders are outstanding, attentive, friendly, and do a great job. Afterwards, we were seated and began our dinner with the charcuterie which was really tasty. For our mains, I had the trout. My husband had the lamb lollipops. Both were really good. We also ordered a side of the mashed potatoes. This was the only miss of the evening. We found the potatoes bland, dry, and kind of cold. As a result, we didn't really eat much of these. When our server checked back, we told him of this, but he didn't do anything and sure enough, they were on our bill. Otherwise, everything was great and we will return again soon.

Mountain bread was out of this world! We enjoyed every plate we had including haricots verts, croquettas, patatas bravas, and pan de setas. Also enjoyed the Basque cheesecake and chocolate tart with passionfruit gel. Lots of creative spins on tapas dishes that we really enjoyed. Service was so kind and helpful too!

Ambiance was good and our waitress was also very good. However the food didn't meet expectations. The warm crab dip was very good. However I ordered a NY Strip steak and it was par for a steak. Tasted like it wasn't seasoned at all and the broccoli has a burnt taste to it.
