Some of Grand Dukes Restaurant's house specialties include the pierogi dumplings with potato and onions topped with a sour cream bacon sauce, the crispy chicken Kiev filled with garlic butter and the salmon in envelope with sliced potatoes, leeks, and creamy dill sauce.
