great service, delicious food…we cannot wait to try dinner there😊

From the moment we stepped inside until we left , we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience there. I was greeted warmly & personally with a “what’s up Lorrie” when I checked in! That was amazing to all of us(5). The waitress was very friendly and delivered a very specific drink perfectly prepared. Our meals were delectable and every one of us raved about our own. The venue itself was so nicely done that sitting anywhere would be perfect. We live 2 hours away but will definitely be back and for sure talk it up to our Syracuse friends. A downtown gem!!!

Food was delicious! Try the scallops as an appetizer. It is enough for 2 people. Their special bourbon bbg steak had a sauce that was perfect with the steak and the mashed potatoes. Asparagus was perfectly cooked - not too crunchy and NOT soggy

For my first visit to Eleven Waters, a friend and I went to their Easter brunch buffet. We were very happy with it. The buffet was not quite as sumptuous as some I’ve been to but the quality of the food was very good and I definitely got enough to eat. The service was friendly and professional and the surroundings were clean and nicely set up. My friend and I had hoped our drinks would be included but I guess since we were having alcohol we had to pay extra. So, it did turn out to be a very expensive experience. We did appreciate the complimentary valet parking since we are both senior citizens with limited mobility. I will go back at some point in the future.

Overall not a bad place before a show. Service was excellent...very nice folks. The food, while pretty good, could certainly have been considerably hotter. A bit pricey for what it is, but in certain situations, we would certainly try it again.
