Wherever possible we rely on ingredients that are sustainably & locally sourced. Tuesday through Friday the bar opens at 4pm and the kitchen opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm.     We were from out of town and chose Wheatfields and were pleased. Our server, Sarah, made our whole experience outstanding. And of course the food was excellent! We will definitely return when in town. Thank you for a wonderful experience
