    I have eaten at One Bistro for both lunch and dinner and I have never had a bad meal or service. The menu has something for everyone and the Servers are very accommodating.

    Best lamb chops ever had. Shrimp appetizer amazing. Would go back just for those. Fried cheese appetizer good. Fried zucchini appetizer good with the best ever scratch tzatziki. Bougatsa dessert good. Front of house: 5pm reservation with call at 5:01 asking where we were & mention that table was booked again for 6:30. To Kosmos: a little graciousness can go a long way.

    The food was great, however, there was definitely an issue around service. It did not seem like the team was staffed for the number of people and tables. Did some of the staff call in sick? It was too bad because the kitchen certainly did its job, the owner was covering every station and attempting to keep everything under control on celebrating my wife bday
