Best Lunch Restaurants in Old City

Everything was great. The Soft shell crab sandwich, zucchini card cake, bacon cheese burger were all perfect. The service was excellent. The ambiance was beautiful. The only issue was they forgot it was my mother’s birthday.

Went in for lunch and sat at the bar. We had the pleasure of having Max as our bartender and he was fabulous! Definitely will be back for dinner!

Always the best food and great service. We keep coming back to try new dishes and some of our favorites.

A really excellent quick meal on our way to a concert at the American Philosophical Society Hall, just down the street. We were greeted and seated by the very friendly hostess. The room was nearly full, but the sound level was moderate and the mood was cheerful. Wine came immediately and out two tavern burgers came promptly, without the buns, just as we ordered. The burgers were very tasty, with inventive sauce and toppings. Pasta offerings on the menu looked tempting, but we didn't have a chance to try them. Friendly, attentive waiter, and the manager stopped by to check on us. We'd been here before for a drink, but will add it to our dinner spots.

This restaurant has great food, timely service, and a beautiful view of the water!
