Wonderful building with clever use if space. Old world bar area. Young and cheerful staff. Nice food.

Excellent food and service.Great value lunch menu.Wife had half wing of skate from thus.Other 3 had haddock chips and peas from main menu.Good sized portions,everything very well cooked and presented.Had 4 different desserts,all again well presented and delicious.Will return!!

The people were really great, especially Ollie. The food was excellent and the ambiance good. The internals have been recently refurbished and look great. The only issues were the gents toilets was a bit smelly (a known issue apparently) and the garden needs some TLC to bring it to the same condition as the interior. Overall a great experience.

Friendly welcome & lovely setting on a hot summer night. We weren’t shown the specials board initially & ordered food but when specials board shown we were able to change & it was worth it! Food was fab & overall staff were lovely. Would definitely return if in the area again

The fish and chips was wonderful and so tasty. 😋 staff excellent as we have found on previous occasions.
