We loved the changes to the property. The food selection was solid. Good cocktails. Good service and good dessert menu. Can’t wait to go back!

We dined on the deck with a beautiful view of the harbor. Our meals were delicious. Our server Soledad was friendly and attentive. We always enjoy dining at Merrils.

The Brioche French Toast was absolutely yummy! My niece had the Portuguese omelette and thought it was delicious! Server was wonderful,,,offered suggestions, very atttentive!

We went to Cork when it first opened and have been a few times over the years, but it's been a while. We were so pleased that they have managed to find a good balance between tapas for sharing and entrees for folk who prefer to eat that way. The server was very helpful navigating the menu and listening to each member of our party with full attention. Also they were very good at helping kept the table clear as plates were emptied and then refilled without being obtrusive. It was a wonderful meal.

Service was stellar! Our waitress was very attentive. Food was also very tasty- the new fried Brussels sprouts were very good. Only issue was the kitchen must have forgotten to fire our kid’s chicken tenders. She munched on her fruit and fries and legit the tenders came out last. It happens- she still ended up eating them all.
