Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards.     The food was excellent, service attentive, and the pricing very reasonable—no complaints there. However, the overall experience was significantly diminished by the sheer number of unsupervised, screaming children running around the venue. And when I say screaming, I mean nonstop, echoing shrieks that made conversation nearly impossible. It was disappointing to see parents so disengaged while their children turned the restaurant into a playground, and even more surprising that staff didn’t step in to maintain a more comfortable environment for other patrons. If you're hoping for a relaxed dining experience, I’d strongly recommend avoiding the early evening hours—perhaps dine after 7:30pm to steer clear of the chaos. I fully understand that children make noise, but what we witnessed bordered on neglectful parenting. Even my 12-year-old commented on how out of control it was, and ultimately, we left because it was simply unbearable.
