family with 3 generations present and all gave 10 out of 10 for all courses very well done 2 boys having birthdays 61 years apart next week 10% added well deserved

Last minute change to our plans as booked elsewhere and had to change at last minute. 6.39 sitting. 5 people. Easy booking online. Not many there at that time so ambiance wasn’t buzzing. But food good and service friendly and professional and answered our questions. Food all good One member of our party who is a chef thought the hand cut chips were a bit ‘old’. Good portions and well presented food. Thank you.

Second visit, service and food were excellent, bartender went the extra mile when a mocktail we ordered was not to our liking.. great place for pre theatre if you are going to deMontfert

Lovely shared starter of seafood sizzler. I had a delicious prawn and crab linguine as a main, my partner had the fish and chips. The apple and blackberry crumble was nice but too hot for my partner and it never really cooled down. I had Eton Mess which I usually love but I felt it needed a bit more meringue. We were the only people in the restaurant area most of the time which meant that the service was very fast and we were finished within 1.5 hours. That said the waitress was very pleasant and efficient. All in all a lovely evening.
