We've been serving the people of Braintree and beyond since 2015 and in that time have humbly become ‘one of Essex’s best restaurants.’ We have received recognition from the AA, having been awarded an AA Rosette for ‘culinary excellence’ for five consecutive years, and then in 2023 we received our second rosette, putting the restaurant amongst the top 10 restaurants in Essex. An excellent experience for us all, the food was outstanding and the service and environment was outstanding, the only thing that stopped me from giving the food a straight 10 was the roast potatoes that were a little bit hard and could have done with some additional seasoning, thanks to everyone we will be back.

Delicious food very tasty, good portions except little disappointed with the Scottish langoustines for the price not much meat , scallops good size , loved my main of Dover sole , sides excellent too , really enjoyed .Staff very welcoming, polite and attentive
