- JJillGreater Boston •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoMy husband and I enjoyed our meal last night Legal Sea Foods - Downtown Crossing. I had made a reservation for 6pm and we were seated immediately in the front of the restaurant. Our server was the only employee for the entire area and he did an excellent job overall. We both ordered cod: mine was the loin seared with 2 sides. My husband's was the cod special. I was surprised that we had to ask for rolls and was told that it depends on how busy it is. Both of us would order the dish again. We had tickets for the Paul Simon concert at the Wang theatre so this was a perfect spot to walk to our destination. I have eaten at multiple Legal Sea Foods, and always have a good experience. The Downtown Crossing site is always my first choice for before theatre. I recommend a reservation because I have been turned away during busy times. My server did not tell me his name, but he did a good job given the number of tables he was assigned. - AAlmaCaribbean •12 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoExcellent food and service! Outstanding Salmon and Shrimp. Disappointed in lack of GF bread and no French Onion Soup for dinner. Found this restaurant as recommended for a quiet dining experience and it was SO LOUD that we had to use airpods and use our cell phones to hear each other. That impacted our experience. Probably will not go back even though the quality of the food was wonderful.More infoBistro du MidiPrice: Expensive• French• Back Bay•4.7

- EElenaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 23, 2025After booking on Open Table, from the moment I called and spoke with Riley to move our reservation up an hour, to the our wonderful experience having Bernardo wait on us, everything and everyone was done with exemplary service. They even put a spicy sauce on the side knowing my food preferences without having to ask! A definite stop before the theater for us in the future!More infoW Lounge - W HotelPrice: Expensive• American• Theater District•3.8
