Between the live jazz and the view, the ambience was great. Although it was busy, the crowd was not overwhelming. The valet was also a wonder to not have to figure out parking Downtown. The food was good. I am vegetarian and there were plenty of options for me. The make your own Old Fashioned tableside cart experience was awesome along with the Elijah Craig gift bags for all Fathers in attendance. I missed the golf simulator experience. Lots to eat and do. Complimentary mimosas and Bellinis added a classy touch of appreciation.

The service was decent for Friday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't really busy. The food was really good. We had the bananas fosters french toast, a seafood omelette, a red velvet waffle with bacon and eggs and two sodas. The total pre gratuity was $71. The server completed the transaction using a handheld device. We did not receive a paper receipt. The device was handed to me to sign and add gratuity. The suggested percentage seemed low so I went with a higher which would have given a tip of $7. Well later that day I viewed my account and saw the total charge was $96. I can only assume they imposed an automatic gratuity, the actual percentage I'm not sure how much. And the additional tip I provided was the icing on the cake. I've eaten here in the past and do not remember them doing that. I tip and like to do so based on my experience, not an automatic gratuity. I personally do not like this practice. Having an automatic gratuity will definitely make me think twice before dining there again.
