The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Seated quickly but more than twenty minutes before a server came for our order and the restaurant was pretty empty. Server was very nice once he did come and the rest of the experience was wonderful.

Other than a slight issue with seating/reservation (table wasn’t available so we were initially offered one right at the entrance - we opted to wait for a different one) we had a great time. We chose the Family Style dinner as it never disappoints. Unfortunately we didn’t get our server’s name, but she was wonderful!

I enjoyed our time at Quimby where I wanted a nice, quiet evening with my son since I was only in town for a night. The staff were nice and courteous, the food was delicious, and they surprised me with a free cheesecake dessert for my bday!!
