Brisket, ribs and more are smoked on site daily to ensure an authentic barbecue experience. Familiar favorites like our Smokehouse Nachos and Brisket Tacos round out a menu that has a little of something for everyone. Important note. Online reservations are limited to a minimum party size of 8 and a maximum party size of 14. For all other party size accommodations please call the restaurant. (253) 627-1229 Walk-in's are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability. All members of your party must be present to be seated. If the full party is not present, seating may be adjusted to a smaller table if available. If no suitable table is available, the reservation may not be honored. Guests must arrive within 10 minutes of the reservation time, or the table may be forfeited.
