The name “Ichoume” comes from the address of this street. Ichoume is located on ‘1’ Harbour Street, Darling Quarter. That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan.     The food is amazing - probably some of the tastiest burgers, wings, ribs, slaw and chips I have had. The great food was matched only by the service of the staff - I query whether the older men were owners, because that was the kind of feel. The attentiveness was akin to white linen fine-dining but without the stiffness. Great venue for a boys night out, though my wife and daughter would likely want to muscle in on the action. I’ll be back to try their tomahawk.

    Went for Mother’s Day dinner and first time back since new owners. Great no fuss menu and good kids options. Seafood platter was great,all fresh and oysters and prawns were fantastic. Staff had clearly had a big day but we didn’t mind a little wait for attention and wine top-ups. Overall very good and we’ll definitely be back..would love to try a brekky sometime soon.
