Our owner Jimmy started Mt Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse back in 2005 as an small sushi restaurant. With over 30 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine with his specialty in sushi, Jimmy strives on perfecting the art of sushi making and is always makes sure that the ingredients used are all up to standards before cooking.
