Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. His connection has made this a hangout for the Patriots players and coaches, and it is not unusual to catch sight of them at the bar.Eagle Brook Saloon serves hearty portions inspired by the Old West.
