Located on the roof of the Westgate Shopping Centre, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too.     Easy to book via Open Table including a time amendment. Took my daughter for dinner on a Saturday evening. We were greeted by a bar man on entering and were immediately seen to a very nice table for 4 even though there were two of us giving us plenty of room. Service was prompt and informative. We ordered the warm Sourdough to start which was fresh and nicely warm. My daughter had the Chicken Schnitzel and loved it. I had the Lamb Pave with Moroccan couscous and roasted veg, which was delicious. To finish we indulged in the warm chocolate fondant cake with melted chocolate inside, ice cream and white chocolate sauce. All in all a fabulous experience.

    We try to make it to Pho every school holiday and this was probably the best experience we have had! The portions were huge and super tasty and everyone was really cheery and friendly. We always recommend Pho to friends and will definitely continue to do so after this visit!

    Great service, drinks, music and atmosphere - definitely recommend and will be back for sure. Might be a little too loud for a conversation but it's Friday night, can't complain 10/10
