The foundation for the pizza at Stoked Pizza Company comes from meticulously studying the ingredients and techniques used to produce our favorite classic pizza styles and highlighting the strengths of each in what we make. We are influenced by the delicate, fresh flavored pizza baked in its birthplace, Naples Italy, and also by the bold ingredients with abundant char that you find at the best pizzerias of New Haven and New York. We prefer a crust that is soft and light on the inside with a crisp outer shell that can stand up on its own. We want our ingredients and topping combinations to provide an explosion of flavor. To achieve this we use extremely hot ovens along with carefully researched dough formulations, tomato varieties, and cheese blends, sparing no expense and taking no shortcuts. We take special care to ensure that diners with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive dietary preferences can find themselves having a top-quality dining experience at Stoked.

    Does Stoked Cohasset stand up to the Stoked food truck, Stoked Brookline, & Stoked Cambridge? Yes, and no. If you are looking for the same delicious pizza, appetizers, craft beers and cocktails from the other Stoked locations, then you will be thrilled. For comparison purposes, we ordered our “usuals.” The cheeseburger and buffalo chicken pizzas were exactly what we expected. The retro restaurant vibes including featuring glimpses of Fast Times at Ridgemont High were especially nostalgic and the always appreciated music perfection playing in the background. However, if you are looking for the famous themed bathrooms or rice cereal treat at the end of your meal, recommend visiting their Brookline or Cambridge locations. The true problem with Stoked Cohasset is that they have expanded their menu. Knowing how amazing everything we have ever tasted at Stoked is, how do we not order pizza so we can try a Stoked burger instead? These are real world problems. Can’t wait to return!

    Maria's Trattoria is a gem! Nice atmosphere, good food, good service. The lasagna is the BEST! they make their bread and serve it with pesto on the side. I would highly recommend this place.
